Founded and led by Gary and Rebecca Woodson, and supported by their children Merit and Finley, our family run team brings decades of hands on coastal building experience to every project. Many of the homes we build are later managed by our family’s company, OBHOA Real Estate & Vacation Rentals, giving us a rare, full lifecycle view of each property. From initial construction through years of rental use and ownership transitions, we remain closely involved in how these homes are lived in, maintained, and improved. This long term responsibility shapes every decision we make during the building process.
From day one, each property is maintained with the goal of feeling “like new” year after year, not just for the first rental season. Materials, finishes, and systems are selected for durability, ease of maintenance, and consistent performance under heavy use. Because we build knowing we will care for these homes long term, our construction standards are intentionally higher than those of a typical beach house builder.
